Luner Eugene, the writer, producer, director and editor of "Employed", is an overall artist; scriptwriter, rap artist, songwriter, and actor. He has published a few local albums. In addition to his performing arts and writing talents, Lunar is a certified creative graphic artist with over 11 years of experience. He is currently unemployed and is freelancing. He attends The Atlantic Technical School in Florida for Multimedia. He is also advancing his career from print design to web design. He has always had a passion to become a filmmaker, and desires a job in the film industry. Luner spends long hours reading and trying out tutorials about filmmaking. One day while taking a stroll down Miami Beach, he heard a commercial on 99 Jamz about Miami Film School in Hollywood, FL., where one would be taught how to write, shoot, produce and direct his own film. He was so excited and could not wait to attend the open house at Miami Film School. To his disappointment, he was not able to attend the classes due to the tuition of $9,000.

“Employed: A Story of An Immigrant” script was already birth. In June 2009, he decided he would step out on faith and make film making dream happen. A friend of his Julie D. saw the
"Lens On Talent Filmmaker Contest" ad and encourage him to shoot “Employed: A Story of an Immigrant”, which she thought was a great story and needed to be filmed immediately. Especially in this critical time of a bad economy, this was the perfect story.  “Employed is real, it will have you thinking. It’s now or never”, says Julie. With everything that was going on in his life, he knew this would be a difficult task. He was not only involved in a full-featured independent film as an assistant director; but he was dealing with a difficult divorce and custody battle. He exclaimed, “I need a crew, a producer, people who can help me make this happen. “Where am I going to find anyone who would be willing to work for free, I don't even have a job"? He thought? After Luner gave it some thoughts, he knew he had to shoot “Employed” by himself. Knowing the hours and commitment this would take, he took on the challenge where he would become; the producer, director, editor and the camera man. Months later, he is proud to see the finished product of his first 20 minute short-film “Employed: A Story of an Immigrant”. He is now seeking donations to turn "Employed: A Story of an immigrant", to a full feature-film.
