INSPIRED BY THE UPCOMING MOVIE SERIES "QUEEN'S KING"
The Queen's King Movement is a powerful symbol of hope for unity within the black community. It was first launched on the weekend of Friday, August 25th, 2023, with two panels of discussions featuring the cast, producer/director, community advocates, and Ft. Lauderdale police officers. These discussions focused on violence, gun violence, and the disunity within the black community. The weekend continued with the screening of the movie "Queen's King" at Silverspot Cinema on Saturday, August 26th, 2023, followed by an after-party to conclude the celebration of "The Queen's King Movement Weekend Experience!"
SPREADING A MESSAGE OF HOPE FOR UNITY USING THE MOVIE SERIES AND PRINTED "QUEEN'S KING" HOODIES
To show love and support towards "The Queen's King Movement Weekend Experience," to help spread the message of hope for unity throughout the black community, and to demonstrate Lunerversal Production’s commitment to promoting positive change within the black community, we showed up as a community wearing the “Queen’s King” hoodie for the premiere. We stand together in unity not only to celebrate the movie, which commemorates 50 years of Hip-Hop, but also to stand against violence, gun violence, and disunity! Using the movie series and the Queen's King Apparel brand aims to become a global movement to encourage and inspire people of color to come together.

The Queen's King Movement is more than just another movement; it's a brand with a purpose! It's a symbol of hope for unity within the black community. The movement aim to promote responsible behavior, fight and stand tall against disunity, violence, gun violence, and black-on-black crime that continue to afflict the black community. Most importantly, the movement also aims to promote black love and highlight the values and significance of the black woman to the black man. We are in desperate need of a change, and we desperately need to love and respect one another. "The greatest way to destroy a kingdom is to have men and women fighting among each other, especially in the way we treat and mistreat each other when it comes to relationships!" - Marquis Henry.

Building a brand and spreading a message of hope and unity takes time and effort. Unity must be intentionally created in our culture. It doesn't occur accidentally. It's not a random event! It’s an intentional act! We must take action! Fighting together for UNITY! We understand the challenges we face. Our struggle is real, and there are those who wish to see us divided while they capitalize on our separation. That's why it's crucial for us to stand united with great determination and heart, fighting for UNITY.
